Blogger Dingjiao Digital revealed that Huawei's new Pura X model, which will be released next month, will be renamed. The new naming method is currently uncertain, but it will not continue to be named Pura X2.
This new phone will become the world's first horizontally large-sized foldable phone, with a similar proportion to the previous generation, but with a significantly larger size.
The internal screen is 7.69-inch WQHD, while the external screen is 5.5-inch. The internal screen can display more content, while the external screen is relatively more practical.
Multiple sources have confirmed that the folding screen iPhone is also a similar solution, with a ratio similar to that of a tablet when unfolded, and will be released in September.
After unfolding, both will be similar to tablets, with more comprehensive and rich application adaptation, and a better software experience.
In addition to the size change, the Pura X2 core will also be upgraded to the Kirin 9030 chip, which is the same as the Huawei Mate 80 series and adopts a new 9-core architecture, significantly improving performance.
In terms of imaging, it is expected to be equipped with the Red Maple Four Camera System, which includes a 50 megapixel main camera, a 40 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, an 8 megapixel telephoto lens, and a Red Maple primary color camera with over 1.5 million spectral channels.
As a comparison, the Huawei Pura X features a 16:10 aspect ratio 6.3-inch internal screen and a 3.5-inch 1:1 square external screen, with three rear cameras (50 megapixel main camera, 40 megapixel ultra wide angle, and 8 megapixel telephoto), and supports the Red Maple imaging system.
Built in 4720mAh battery, supports 66W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging, with a starting price of 7499 yuan.
